Other supplies

Oven dish 30 x 20 cm

    Mis en place

Peel the potatoes, cut them into pieces and boil them in a pan of water with some salt until tender.
Wash the string beans, remove the ends and cut them diagonally into 2 cm pieces and cook them in a pan with water and some salt for 5 minutes until al dente.
In the meantime, chop the spring onion and parsley.

    Clean the garlic.

    Grate the garlic.

    Preparation

Put some olive oil in a frying pan and fry the minced meat.

Add salt and pepper to taste and possibly pul biber, the latter for some spice.

Add the spring onion, parsley and grated garlic.
Add the contents of the can of tomato puree and stir.
Let it fry for about 2 minutes and turn off the pan.

Drain the beans and let them steam.
Also drain the potatoes and let them steam.

At the same time heat up some milk.

Make a puree from the potatoes and warm milk and add some nutmeg and 50 grams of grated cheese and stir until it is a nice homogeneous puree.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Take an oven dish and put the minced meat in it.

The beans go in as the second layer and the third layer is the covering layer with the puree.
Divide everything well and do not spread the puree too smoothly.

A slightly robust layer is nice.

Sprinkle some breadcrumbs over the puree and finally the grated cheese.
Place the oven dish in the oven for about 15 minutes.

This recipe can also be made in advance, so you can take it straight from the refrigerator.
Then place the dish in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes.

The delicious complete casserole is ready!
