    • 3 ripe avocado

    • half to 1 lime

    • 1 onion

    • 2 tomatoes

    • 3 tbsp coriander

    • 2 cloves of garlic

    • 1 to 2 green peppers (to taste)

    • 1 pinch of cayenne pepper

    • 1 tsp salt

    Guacamole is delicious with tortilla chips, tacos and wraps.

    Squeeze the lime, do not use everything in the recipe at once, first taste half and then taste it!

    Finely chop the onion and green peppers

    Peel the tomatoes and cut the flesh into small pieces.

    Finely chop the coriander.

    Press the garlic


    Cut the avocado in half around the pit, twist the halves apart in opposite directions and lift the pit out with your knife.

    Take a spoon and scoop out the pulp.

    Shred the avocado with a fork and mash it nicely!

    Add a little lime juice, onion, tomato, garlic, green chilies, coriander and salt.

    Mix it up nicely and,


    Could it be a little cooler? Add lime juice.

    Could it be a bit spicier? Add cayenne pepper.
