Goat lamb from the oven

Total preparation: 2 hours

    Ingredients

    • 1 goat leg (from a kid)

    • 1 bush of celery

    • 4 carrots

    • 2 red onions

    • 3 cloves of garlic

    • 4 tbsp ras al hanout

    • 3 tbsp olive oil

    • salt and pepper to taste

    Other supplies

    Aluminum foil, roasting pan

      Mis en place

      Cut the vegetables into pieces

      Preparation

      Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

      Sprinkle the goat leg with 3 tbsp Ras al hanout, salt and pepper

      Drizzle it with the 2 tbsp olive oil.

      Wrap it in foil.

      Place the vegetables in the roasting tin and add 1 tbsp Ras al hanout and cover with olive oil.

      Place the roasting pan in an oven at 180 degrees Celsius.

      After an hour the leg is done.

      Delicious with couscous.
