Meatloaf

    ​Ingredients

    1kg           minced beef

    2              large onions

    1              green pepper

    1              red pepper

    2 cloves of garlic

    2.5 tbsp         complete seasoning (badia brand
    for sale in Toko)

    1 tbsp           onion powder (Badia)

    1 tbsp           garlic powder (Badia)

    1 tbsp           sambal tomato

    bunch of          coriander

    2 eggs

    100 gr         breadcrumbs

     

    Additional supplies

    baking tray and aluminum foil

    Preparation
     
    Take the baking tray and place a sheet of baking paper on it.
    Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
    Clean the onions and chop them into small pieces.
    Wash the peppers and cut them into small pieces as well.
     
    Place the minced meat in a large bowl and add the chopped onions and peppers, the eggs without their skins,
    add the complete seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, sambal tomato and breadcrumbs and knead everything well.
     
    Make a sturdy bread model from the minced meat and place it on the baking tray.
    Cover the meatloaf tightly with aluminum foil, tightly around it and slide the baking tray into the oven
    30 minutes.
    After 30 minutes, remove the foil and bake the meatloaf for 25 minutes until nicely browned.
    This delicious meatloaf tastes delicious hot or cold on a sandwich/baguette/Turkish roll, possibly with some extra sambal tomato on top and a lettuce leaf underneath.
