Shrimp with garlic

    • 15 large shrimps

    • 5 cloves of garlic

    • to taste pull biber (or pepper)

    • some olive oil

      Garlic shrimp. Delicious as tapas or with nasi. Super simple and very tasty!


      If you have "dirty" shrimp, first remove the head and skin and, if necessary, remove the intestinal tract!

      Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan.

      Once the oil is hot, add the shrimp.

      Turn the shrimp as soon as they turn pink.

      Then add the chopped garlic and the pul biber.

      Stir a few more times and you're done!
