Frozen Café latte

  • 1 can of condensed milk

  • 100 ml freshly brewed espresso
    or instant espresso

  • 200 ml whipped cream

  • few coffee beans for decoration (optional)

Space in your freezer!

    A delicious ice cream that is made very quickly. I put the caffé latte in small glasses, but you can also put them in (small) coffee cups or disposable cups.

    Ideal to prepare in advance......and delicious with warm apple grumble.


    Brew a strong cup of espresso.

    Mix with the condensed milk and cream.

    Pour this mixture into glasses/cups and sprinkle with a few (3) coffee beans.

    Place in the freezer for a few hours (at least 1) to set.

    If possible, refrigerate 1 hour before serving.

    So far everyone who has eaten this has loved it!
