Steak sandwich with arugula and truffle mayonnaise

    Ingredients

    • 1 Turkish sandwich
      or quarter of Turkish bread

    • 100 grams of steak

    • some arugula or iceberg lettuce

    • salt and pepper to taste

      Delicious meat sandwich for lunch or picnic!

      Preparation

      Heat a frying pan over high heat.

      Turn the heat down and put a knob of butter in the pan. Once the butter has foamed out you can add the steak (on which you have added salt and pepper).

      ​

      Fry the steak until brown (baste it with the butter).

      Remove the steak from the pan and let it rest for about 7 minutes.

      ​

      Spread the top and bottom of the bun with truffle mayonnaise.

      ​

      Cut the steak into slices, fill the sandwich with it and top with some arugula.
