Broccolisoup

    Ingredients

    • 2 or 3 bushes of broccoli (about 500 g)

    • 2 outings

    • 3 cloves of garlic

    • cubes of bullion (1 per half liter of water)

    • 200 gr/roll goat cheese or
      or 200ml cream

    • some olive oil

      Delicious, healthy and simple to make. Delicious with a toasted sandwich or garlic bread.

      Preparation

      Chop the onion and garlic.

      Put a good dash of oil in the soup pan and place over high heat.

      ​

      When the oil is hot, reduce the heat to low and add the onions and garlic, stir and fry gently.

      ​

      Cut the florets from the broccoli, widen the bottom of the stem/stem and cut into small pieces.

       

      Now that the onions and garlic are nice and fruity, throw the broccoli into the pan, turn the heat up to high and let it fry for a while. A few minutes, max 5 min.

      ​

      Add enough water to just cover the broccoli, usually just over a liter.

      Add one block of bullion (chicken, beef, vegetables, etc.) per half liter.

      Add the goat cheese, torn or cut into pieces.

      ​

      Let it cook for about 15 to 20 minutes.

      ​

      Grab your hand blender and puree everything until smooth.

      ​

      You can serve with a cloud of cream or crème fraîche.

      ​
