Ingredients
Puffcake batter:
100 ml milk
100 ml of water
100 grams of flour
100 g butter
4 eggs
Pinch of salt

Glaze:
100 g chocolate (bitter)
100 grams of butter
1/2 tbsp water
​
Filling:
400 ml whipped cream
2 bags of klopfix
40 g (vanilla) sugar
​

Mixer, piping bag, baking paper

Mis en place
No preparations, just get started straight away.

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Bring milk, water, butter and salt to the boil in a pan.
Stir in the flour and cook the flour for about 5 minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat and spoon the batter into a bowl.
Stir in the eggs one by one.
Spoon the batter into a piping bag with a smooth nozzle.

Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Pipe large portions of batter onto this.
Bake the puffs in the oven for about 25 minutes until golden brown and done.
Let the puffs cool in the oven.

Filling:
Beat the whipped cream with the whipping fix and (vanilla) sugar until stiff.
Spoon the whipped cream into a piping bag.
But make a hole at the bottom of the baked puffs and pipe the whipped cream into it.

Glaze:
Melt the chocolate with the butter and water 'au bain marie'.
2 ways
1 - cover the ball with chocolate and use a spoon.
2 - Dip the puffs into the cooled glaze and let them harden in a cool place.
