Borrelchicken

Ingredients

  • 1 kg of chicken legs (the small ones,
    part of the wing)

  • 2 tbsp sambal oelek

  • 3 tbsp maggi

Preparation

Make a marinade of maggi, sambal oelek and some water.

Stir the chicken through the marinade so that there is marinade all over the chicken and let it sit in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

After 2 hours:
Set the oven to 200 degrees (grill on, if you have one).

Place the chicken on a baking sheet.

Bake the legs for half an hour until done and brown. After about 20 minutes, turn the legs over for best results.
