Asparagus in Parma ham jacket

    Ingredients

    • 12 green (Asian) asparagus

    • 4 orange cherry tomatoes

    • 4 red cherry tomatoes

    • sprigs of rosemary

    • 1 lemon

    • 4 slices of Parma ham

    • some pepper

      I received this recipe through the cooking club that I am a member of.

      Mis en place

      Strip the rosemary leaves from the sprigs.

      Cut the lemon in half.

      Preparation

      Preheat the oven to 220°C

      Parboil the asparagus very briefly.

      (what is short...how many minutes????)

      Make a bed of rosemary in an oven dish.

      Take 3 green asparagus and roll them up in Parma ham.

      Finely crush 1 orange and 1 red cherry tomato over the asparagus set.

      (what???? Squash a tomato on the asparagus??? or spread a crushed tomato on the asparagus????)

      Sprinkle the heads of the asparagus with a few drops of olive oil.

      Add pepper.

      Place the four bunches in an oven dish.

      Add half a lemon.

      Bake them in an oven at 220°C for 10 minutes.

      When they come out of the oven, squeeze the lemon over the asparagus.

      (how to serve? seems very plain????)
