Almond paste

Ingredients
200 g almond flour
200 grams of sugar
zest of 1 lemon
1 or 2 tbsp lemon
1 egg
Preparation
Mix the almond flour with sugar and zest of 1 lemon, the egg and some lemon juice in a food processor. It should not be too dry but slightly sticky.
To achieve this, add some water or lemon juice to taste.
Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
